Our Stretch/Bootcamp Classes are designed to increase a dancer’s flexibility and range of motion. There is a strong emphasis on core development as well as on lengthening and strengthening muscles. We encourage all dancers to take a stretch/bootcamp class or a jazz technique class (which incorporates a lot of stretch and conditioning) in conjunction with their regular dance classes.
